Book
If your arrival or departure date falls in the period from July 15 to August 15, reservations are recommended. If you don't need electricity, you can always find a place with us regardless of the period. If you want to be assured of a place and you want to stay for at least 5 nights, it is very easy to make a reservation by completing the form. Please note that all fields marked with a * are required fields. Your data will be treated confidentially and will under no circumstances be passed on to third parties.
If you have sent a reservation form you should expect a response within a day. If you do not receive an answer, please check the spam folder first. There may be a technical malfunction. Please send us a direct email (info@lachassagne.net).
Transfer
The reservation costs are €15 administration costs and €70 down payment costs. The remaining amount for the entire period you have booked must be paid upon arrival. In case of earlier departure the amount will not be refunded.
Your reservation is valid if the money has been transferred to the ASN bank, IBAN: NL11 ASNB 0943 0819 12

Arrival and departure
The pitch is available at noon. This means that the place must also be free at noon upon departure. For later departures, an extra night will be charged.
Please note that we can accommodate your reservation requests 'while supplies last'.
Make sure you are aware of French holidays to avoid surprises upon arrival. The shops are often open to a limited extent or even closed on those days. If you arrive on Sunday, make sure you bring enough groceries as the shops close at 12:30 pm.
Cancel
In the event of a cancellation, you will receive your deposit back if you indicate a month before arrival that there is a change to your reservation. The reservation costs remain paid.
Our Rules safari tent
Book
Booking a safari tent from La Chassagne is very easy by completing the form. The fields with a * are required fields. Reservations are required to stay in a safari tent. Your data will be treated confidentially and will under no circumstances be passed on to third parties.

The cost of booking is €15 plus half of the rental price. Your reservation is valid if the money has been transferred to the Credit Agricole Center France bank, IBAN FR76 1680 6021 0066 0750 6834 551, attention: Maarten Schuit and/or Mary Ann Koops
If you transfer the reservation costs under a different name, please mention this when making the transfer. This prevents broken links in our administration.
After receiving the reservation amount you will receive a confirmation. The remaining amount must be transferred no later than one month before moving into the safari tent.
Cancel
With regard to rental and reservations, in the event of cancellations by the tenant up to one month before the start of the rental period, half of the rental price plus the reservation costs are considered cancellation costs. The entire amount will be considered as such within one month before the start of the rental period. Any damage caused by the tenant during the stay will be charged to the tenant.

The safari tent is available at 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the safari tent must be vacated by 10:30 am. Upon arrival you will find the safari tent clean. We expect that you will leave it clean upon departure. You must leave the cooking facilities tidy and the safari tent as a whole neat and broom clean. The final cleaning costs and tourist tax are paid in France.

Smoking is not permitted in the safari tent.
